Relab CMA

1. Go to www.relab.co.nz and click on the waffle icon at the top right of your screen.
2. Click on CMA.
3. Enter the property address you are creating a CMA for.
Tip! You can also create a CMA from the Property Panel of your subject property if you are reviewing the property using Relab Pro's map view.
4. Once you are in the CMA tool, click "SUBJECT PROPERTY" at any time to check the features of the property you are building the CMA for.
5. Filter comparable sales by adjusting the filters based on; sale date, search radius, and last sale price under the LOCATION & PRICING tab.
6. Click PROPERTY to filter comparable sales by features such as; bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, cladding or build era.
7. Click the COUNCIL & TITLE tab to filter nearby sales by; land title, zoning, land area and CV.
8. Click APPLY to view properties matching your filters.
9. Click ADD on the property card to add a comparable property to your appraisal.
10. Click FOR SALE NEARBY to review properties for sale to add to the CMA.
11. Click NEXT STEP to move from property selection to editing your CMA template.
12. Once you have added your details to the CMA, click the TEMPLATE tab to customise the page order.
13. To adjust the page order click on the page you wish to reorder and drag and drop it to the location you want within the list of pages.
14. To easily view the pages you can adjust the zoom and orientation so you can see multiple pages in one view.
Tip: Tip! If you wish to add more properties to the CMA, click PREVIOUS STEP to go back to the property selection stage.
15. Click DOWNLOAD CMA to complete your CMA

How to Create a CMA Report using Relab
