How to change the subject address in CMA's Dashboard Studio

You can edit the subject property address in CMA’s Design Studio. This feature helps you correct and refine property addresses when they don't match how they should be marketed.

This built-in feature ensures address changes appear consistently throughout your entire CMA report, saving time and improving accuracy.

Before making any changes, always confirm the subject property details with the vendor to ensure accuracy.

Before You Start

• After selecting your comparables, navigate to the first page of Relab’s CMA’s Design Studio

How to Edit Subject Property Address in Relab’s CMA Design Studio

1. On the first page of the CMA, click the Subject Property Address




2.  A pop-up will appear—update the address in the top row.




3. Click Apply to save your changes.


4. Remember to click “Save CMA” at the top so you can always come back to it.

• Double-check suburb names for accuracy


• If addresses don’t update throughout your CMA, go back to the first page of Design Studio and make sure you clicked “Apply” after making changes.


• When you edit an address, it will automatically update across pages – but remember that some elements like title details page in the CMA design studio cannot be updated from Relab because this is a legal document.
